Connector subscription terms

1. What these terms cover
These terms cover the AeroCite AI connector subscription, operated by Centauri Pvt Ltd. Dodo Payments is the merchant of record and seller for your subscription payments.
They add to the AeroCite Terms (https://aerocite.app/terms), Privacy Policy (https://aerocite.app/privacy) and Disclaimer (https://aerocite.app/disclaimer). If they conflict, these terms govern the subscription.
2. Plan and price
The connector costs $19 a month or $190 a year and covers all live countries. Website credits are separate and are not included.
The price shown at checkout is what you pay. Dodo Payments handles any applicable tax as merchant of record.
3. Free trial
The 3-day free trial starts the first time your AI client uses AeroCite. A card is required.
Checkout opens a setup window of up to 7 days. If you never use the connector in that window, we cancel the subscription before any charge. We email a reminder before the trial ends.
There is one free trial per person. If you have had one before, billing starts at checkout and the checkout page says so.
4. Renewal and billing
Your subscription renews automatically each month or year until you cancel. You are charged at the start of each period.
We email you at least 30 days before each annual renewal. We give at least 30 days' notice of a price change, which applies from your first renewal after that notice period. You can cancel before then.
5. Cancelling
Cancel any time through the billing portal on your AI connector page (https://aerocite.app/connector). Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
If you cancel during the trial, you are not charged and access ends when the trial ends.
6. Refunds
There are no refunds for partial periods or unused time, except under section 7, where the law requires otherwise, or under section 10.
Dodo Payments issues approved refunds to the original payment method.
7. EU and UK consumers: right to withdraw
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may withdraw within 14 days of checkout. By checking out, you ask us to start the service immediately.
Withdrawing during the trial costs nothing. If a paid period has started, we refund what you paid minus a proportionate amount for the service supplied up to when you told us you were withdrawing.
To withdraw, email support@aerocite.app from your account email, or send a clear statement with your account email. You may use this model statement:
To Centauri Pvt Ltd, support@aerocite.app: I withdraw from my AeroCite connector subscription. Account email: [your email]. Checkout date: [date]. Notice date: [date].
8. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, you may keep access during a short grace period while Dodo Payments retries the payment. Access pauses if the subscription goes on hold or fails, or when the grace period ends, until a successful payment restores it. The subscription may end if payment keeps failing.
9. Fair use
The connector is for personal use by one person. Do not share your account. You may connect at most 2 AI clients at a time. Connections last 30 days and are renewed with a fresh email code. Daily limits apply.
We review unusual patterns by hand; account-sharing signals alone never suspend an account. See the Privacy Policy's connector and security sections (https://aerocite.app/privacy). The AeroCite Terms' rules on bulk copying and scraping also apply.
10. Changes to the service
We may add or remove countries and features. If we permanently remove a significant part of the connector during a paid period, or close your account for a reason other than breach, we refund the unused part of the current period.
11. Tester access
Free tester access we give is not a subscription and may end at any time.
12. Liability
For subscribers, references in the AeroCite Terms to the amount you paid include subscription fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.
